The brain child of a group of seasoned professionals with a combined experience of over 20 years in the industry, Exim Housing was formed to bridge the age old gap in the Market between professionals who have a passion to empower service users and Landlord or property owners seeking to put their stock of building assets to good use.
As a care and supported accommodation company, our teams support service users in our dedicated accommodation services or in their own homes delivering high quality tailored support. Our teams understand the impact of adverse childhood experience or Adult Trauma and are able to offer support underpinned by well established Theories. Trauma Informed Care and PIE (Psychologically Informed Enviroments) underpin all aspects of our work, as we journey with our service users towards Recovery.
As a Property services Company, Exim Housing has access to a wide ranging Stock of Buildings which we source and provide to professionals or Organisations like ourselves, whose vision and aims align with supporting Vulnerable people.
